01. Vacation Rental Management

We currently manage tourist properties in Mijas Pueblo and nearby areas. If you have a home in the area and would like us to manage it, feel free to contact us.

We take care of everything:

  • Property listing creation and professional photography
  • Guest communication
  • Check-in and check-out
  • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance
  • Calendar, pricing, and booking management
  • Monthly report for the owner
  • Reporting to the Ministry and relevant authorities

We work on a commission basis per booking. The percentage depends on the level of service agreed (full or partial management).

For now, we only offer in-person property management in Mijas Pueblo and surrounding areas.

02. Social Media & Content Creation

For social media, branding, design, or photography projects, we work without geographic limitations. We can collaborate in person or remotely.

We take care of:

  • Content planning and design
  • Copywriting and communication strategy
  • Posting and scheduling
  • Monthly analytics reports

Yes. If you already have someone managing your social media but need professional content (photos, videos, reels, design…), we can help.

We offer both. You can hire us for a one-off project or on a monthly basis.

03. Photography & Home Staging

Yes. We create photo sessions for vacation rentals, hotels, restaurants, shops, or creative spaces.

It depends on the package. You can check the options in the Services section on our website or contact us for a personalized proposal.

Yes. We offer home staging services as well as full decoration project management. We take care of everything from sourcing to final setup—ideal for vacation rentals, properties for sale, or private residences.
